Just say it doesn't match your expectations. They don't really ever get into detail why a return is made.

Do you want to pay third world prices for food and shelter? From their point of view your iPad is worth a week of food, maybe two. So don't embarrass yourself any longer and return this "first world problem" called gadget.

Wouldn't third world prices for food and shelter be quite cheap for people in the first world?

Please Mods's forgive me but I really have to speak out loud: "OP your stupid". I doubt your serious with this thread, it's funny though.
 
But on a serious note, I think most people would be unhappy if this was their own ipad which they got out of the box and the retailer didn't allow a return.
