Hey Hey

I got the 6.1.2 Evasion jailbreak a few days ago and I am constantly getting crashes. I am just doing something as normal and then suddenly the screen goes black and the app quits and sometimes it resprings too.

It's not limited to any particular action or app either, it seems to be quite random so I suspect a Cydia extension is responsible. The battery seems to be dying quicker than usual too if that is related.

PS - It is an iPhone 4S

Can anyone help?

Here is the crash log:

It's most likely crashing because you are using pirated software. If you remove the pirated software and reboot it should be ok.

Forgive my ignorance but what is pirated? I generally do buy apps to help the developers :apple:

You shouldn't assume based on appearances :(

PKGBackup was the only thing installed from that repo, unfortunately removing it hasn't changed anything.

Looks like a fishing expedition to me. At what point did your phone start wonking? I'd begin by removing the tweaks one by one; if that doesn't work, then I'd re-jailbreak your phone.

A few days ago. I installed all the extensions at once though so it's hard to pin one down. I guess I will indeed just try removing them one at a time.

Accelerate
QuickGoogle

And I will start with those two

I believe it is 'Accelerate', disabling it (without removing) has prevented my iPhone from crashing so far.
