Well my battery life is actually better under iOS6. What really bothers me is how dang flat and inflexible my screen is.

I have had the cart open a few times :)

I struggled for a week to resist hitting the "Buy Now" button and after a week caved in... :(

But, I am very happy with my iMac as its specs are top of the line minus the SSD. Can't ask for more.

You need to put down the apple and smell the coffee.

Research is not just about the technology behind it, but marketing as well mate. The whole package. People are copying the whole package.

This might be a stupid question, but how can Apple patent this when Samsung has done it already?

Patents do not protect simple ideas. Only the methods at which they are achieved, of which there is often more than one.
