iOS setting up phonegap 2.5 on 10.8.2?

First attempt at setting up phonegap to start developing but having troubles setting it up.

The documentation on the phonegap.com website is incorrect, states that there is a file called cordova-X.Y.Z-src.zip and under Lib->iOS there is another file.

So there is no installing cordova-ios.zip

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get phonegap up and running.
