Windows Borderlands 2 Problem Desperate for help!!!

I have no idea what's going on here. The game seems to run beautifully except one huge problem. Whenever I approach anything the entire area around me turns into this hazy blue and I can't see anything.... Look at the screenshots please help!! This is on parallels BTW
Im running on 2012 MBP Intel 4000 Graphics cards

I don't know for certain, but I'd suspect you need more memory allocated to your Parallels VM. With that said, I'm surprised the game runs worth a bean in Parallels. Have you tried running it with just bootcamp?
