Someone posted this over at MacThemes.net, And I was wondering if anyone has tried this. It sounds like this is almost like a restore, but for Cydia stuff only.

Brief description:
iLEX RAT - Removes all tweaks and their settings!
Fixes and troubleshoots Cydia.
Installs or updates iLEX CYDIA TWEAKS PACK.
Full description:
iLEX RAT - Removes all dependencies, tweaks and settings installed after jailbreak!
After running iLEX RAT: Cydia will be as clean as it is after jailbreak!
How to use:
If you know what SSH is - after installation, type the command "rat" in terminal.
If you do not know what SSH is:
Install ifunbox on PC
Start \ third tab \ Terminal SSH (if a dialog appears - press cancel) \ type the command - rat.
Compatible with iOS 4, 5 and 6

Depends: apt7, sed, coreutils, coreutils-bin, dpkg, openssl, openssh

Just watched the video and honestly, that looks like it would work and wonderfully at that.

Could be extremely helpful to someone who is on their last legs and about to restore.

Final edit:

It works flawless! I just had to create the folder "general_storage" inside /var/mobile/Media/ and now it's working.

Great tool, I only tested on my iPod 4 so far.

Nice...well now there is some hope if I mess up my iPhone 5 real bad. :)

Yeah but you need Mobile Terminal working on it anyway. :)
I've just installed on my iPhone 5 now, work flawless! It removes every trace or previous installed packages, tweaks, apps and whatever.
Very nice!
