Question about boot camp and 10.8.

I've installed Windows 7 twice so far using the boot camp utility in the past. I've noticed that it default boots into Windows 7 if I don't hold the option key. I know this is pretty normal, but I am just wondering if it's possible to have both available to choose from without holding the option key upon boot, so it just boots up and lets me choose which OS to go into. And if so, how?

Thank you for your help. I'm going to try refit after I upgrade the firmware on my SSD.
