Hi All,

I have quite a lot of music in my iTunes library, but it's not very organised. I also have quite a lot of TV Shows and Movies, but found iFlicks very good at finding metadata and helping me organise my collection.

I'm really looking for something similar to iFlicks but to help with my music collection. Some things that I would like are:
  • Artwork finder
  • Artist/Songname/Genre/etc finder
  • Duplicate finder (I don't find the iTunes one very good)
  • Capable of organising large iTunes library (10,000+ songs)

I don't mind using multiple apps to help with this; I don't even mind paying for them (but would prefer free options, or at least try before I buy).

I'm open to suggestions, let me know what is available and what you use.

Thanks
JM

The whole point about using iTunes is that you can search, list, arrange and display your music any way you want in the app, regardless of how its stored on the disk.
iTunes will of course create an organizational structure of files if you tell it to, but that is only artist and album.

In short: don't try to organize (or even access) your music in the Finder: just use iTunes.
