My first generation Apple TV. Haven't used it for quite a while. Original first generation ATV, 40GB, non-jailbreaking, latest firmware. Last night, I am trying to bring it back to life. It connects to internet fine, load youtube fine etc.

However, when I hit the "movie trailer". It always gives me this "An error occurred" sign. Other than the trailer error, everything else seems working.

Any ideas? Anybody else had similar experience?

thanks

Mine has appeared to fix itself. Trailers are working again now. Maybe a temporary glitch on Apples servers?

I did a factory restore and then upgrade. Finally it came back to live... thanks for the input. :)
