Is there a way to download/gather FB posts?

So, I'm doing research on a group of people for my PhD dissertation. I'm FB friends with them and want to gather their FB posts as data (they know this). Is there anyway to do this? I could just got through and screen grab everything, but there must be a simpler way, right? is there?
