iTunes asking for password at launch

iTunes prompts me for enter my password twice at launch EVERY time I launch it. I've tried clearing out my key chain and re-installing iTunes.

Am running iTunes 11.0.3 and OSX 10.8.3

Any ideas?

Have you repaired permissions?

Have you checked the application's permissions? The permissions should be something like:
System: Read/Write
Everyone: Read Only
