When I unplug the cable, I get 99% directly why is it so? It get 100% if I restart it but that I don't want have to do every time. Its anyone has who has the same problem?

Why my iPad mini drops battery when i unplug the cable?

It's to do with the way the charging system works. It dosnt charge to 100% and hold it there. It hits 100% then shuts off. Allows to drain and then charges to 100% again.
If you then take it off charge in on of the draining phases so to speak it won't be sat at 100%
But on my phone or on a laptop it stays 100% even if i unplug. Why is it then 100% if I reboot the iPad?

iPhones, MacBooks etc all work in this way. Rebooting offers 100% because the battery gauge isn't perfect on any device.
I feel that is not perfect. In the weekend i reset and restore the iPad and have charge it every night. In the mornings i disconnect the cable and its been on 100%. From yesterday and today i get the problem i've before it gets 99% :/
Hello Long time!
The latest batch I have now 5% left and it says the following:
Use 11 hours and 57 minutes
Standby 9 days and 19 hours
Then I basically had no wifi and airplane mode on. It has mostly been in my bag. I have not used internet.
I gonna test how much i get when i recharge it next time. I want iOS 6.1.4
