Old games, and as a serial terminal for my big UNIX server.
My daughter (8 years old) loves playing old games. We have some old arcade games for Apple II (Pac-Man, Dig-Dug, etc,) as well as some actual "computer" games (The Black Cauldron, Math Rabbit.) She also plays games on my IBM PCjr. (the original Kings Quest, which was designed specifically for the PCjr.)

Can you give more details about its use as a server terminal? I find that really interesting.

I just use a serial cable to my server, and the Modem.MGR terminal software to connect.
