Restoring AFP shares and info

Hi. I'm trying to migrate one of my servers to new hardware and am reinstalling OS X server from scratch. It's running 10.4.11 server. My question is, instead of re-setting up all the afp shares I had and re-adding users/permissions for those shares, is this info stored in a plist somewhere on the old machine that I can just drag/drop over to the new one?

Sorry, when i said "new" hardware, i meant different hardware. Obviously new hardware won't run 10.4.11. lol
