Yes you can upgrade to 10.6 if that is what you are asking. 10.7 requires a core2duo so 10.6 is as far as a core duo can go. As far as the T5450, I can't say. I thought the "lowest" you could go was a t5600, but then again it may not be a syst limitation but rather no one has tried "upgrading" to such a slow core2duo.
