How to backup Jailbroken iPhone 5 and update to iOS 7?

Hey guys I want to backup all my apps and all my data from my iPhone 5 to my computer then install iOS seven. Then I want to restore all my apps, photos, messages, etc.

Could anyone advise me what to do?

I though jailbreakiing was better in every conceivable way than stock, doesn't their support team have a resource for you to look at?

Backup, DFU mode, restore to iOS 7?
 
Also a developer that doesn't realize he won't be able to downgrade back to a jailbreakable firmware once he goes to 7. 6.13 CAN NOT be jailbroken for now...

So, ummm, yep... wait. Or lose the jailbreak for the forseeable future.
 
A developer that doesn't know how to backup his iPhone? 😕

What app have you made? I will make sure stay away from it.
