iPad Restore iOS 6.1.2 with out UPDATE

Hello, I just bought used iPad 4 fw 6.1.2 with Jailbreak. But I was want restore it and I did it with semi-restore, but cydia not working perfectly. So I installed R.A.T and did restore cydia ... After restart iPad , I cant found Cydia icon. :/
I try restart iPad , reinstall cydia in R.A.T, do jailbreak again with evasi0n , but no working , I have not icon Cydia.

Can you help me?

I did it, re-jailbreak with evasi0n and after try restart iPad, but no Cydia icon.
Terminal with R.A.T still working.

Yes, it did go trought complety, with no Cydia icon.
