Having an issue with iCloud password reset. Forgot password so I click the link for iforgot.apple.com, enter my ID and click next. At this point I choose Email to send the reset link. The email is never sent.
After approximately 5 or 6 attempts at this I decide to try the security questions. I seem to have forgot what I typed for these way back when so after many attempts I get a screen stating Account Reset Locked.
Now that the account has been locked guess what is in my inbox? An email stating that too many wrong answers to security questions were entered and the account is locked for 8 hours. Still not a single password reset email has ever arrived.
So obviously the email address is correct. Are there any tricks to receiving the password reset email?
