Should I trade in my iPad 2 during best buy's current trade in program?

I have had my 32GB Wi-Fi iPad 2 since August 15, 2011. I heard about best buys program whitch is running from July 23-August 3 so I was wondering if I should trade my iPad in towards a new one. I heard about the $200 gift card but how much could I get from this trade in program? At least a $200 gift card?

It is in OK conditon with the back having quite a few scrathes and also a few small cracks in the screen. Nothing serious. Still works great, I have the box and charger.

I would love to take advantage of this program. I don't want to sell it.

Has anyone done this program before? If so what did you get?
