Youview & Mactubes help? says "Timed Out"

I have an iBook G4 1.42 ghz that I got yesterday :) but everytime I download and open mactubes or youview I type in the vid I want and it says "timed out" each time after it's been loading for along time. I download safari fand everything on mactubes. Any ideas? :confused:
