Hi, can an opened MacBook Air be returned for a full refund? Is there a restocking fee? I am in Canada . Thanks.

Don't think there is a restocking fee... but I'm not 100%. If it's going back to store, I'd call and ask first, or same with if you are returning to Apple online.

Not to be a jerk, but I don't understand questions like this. Wouldn't it just be faster to call the retailer where you bought your Macbook rather than to post on here and hope that someone responds to you?

I bought it oine from apple so I not sure how rules apply now. When I called the store they went sure if we can even do the return on store.
