hi, i just bought an iphone 4 verizon
it comes with original firmware 4.2.6 (8E200)
its not jaibroken yet.
now i want to jailbreak it and upgrade it to iOS 6.1.2 is that possible ?
i know that newer iphones that uses A5 and above cant do this
but how about my iphone 4 verizon?
if this is possible, ca you guys teall me how to do it ? or at least point me to a thread or pages that shows how to do it ?

wait your a member here since 2006 and you don't know how to search. :eek: your asking something that is asked every day.. Iclarified has all the latest jailbreaks and tutorials.

At the iPhone hacks section.
If you don't have full shsh blobs for 6.1.2 saved for that particular iphone then you can never restore to that firmware version.
You either stay at 4.2.6 or go up to 6.1.3 with a tethered JB.

my advice just stick to ios 4, easily to jailbreak it. don't waste your time upgrading to ios 6.1.3, coz it takes a lot of step to jailbroke it.

So basicaly you don't have a clue what you are talking about!

The upgrade to 6.1.3 is a 1 step process
The JB is 1 step as well, it will be tethered though.
