Long story short, I clicked preferences in messages and all of a sudden my iMessage went offline and I am not able to log back in via the account tab in preferences. If I completely quit iMessages, I am able to log in a brief moment but then it goes offline again. This doesn't make sense because:
1. It works fine on my iphone
2. My password for my Apple ID is correct.
I've tried googling but I have yet to find a similar situation. Is this an easy fix or do I have to go to the Genius Bar.
