Losing wireless connection when macbook is picked up??

All of a sudden I'm losing wireless connection to the internet when I pick up my macbook, if it's on the floor I have perfect connection but the second I pick it up it loses it, I've tried resetting the router and moving it and setting up a network with it again but it still won't connect to the internet if I pick up macbook from the floor and use it on my lap for instance.

Can anyone help???
