I have always wondered this. I have never seen a BSD system using DPKG. Why don't they use Ports? Is this the same DPKG that you see in a Deb based Linux distro? Also, since there are Linux packages for ARM, is it possible to install an X Windows System and be able to run full Linux programs on an IOS device?
