I'm adding weather info to my app using World Weather Online. I'm currently using the images they provide for the different weather conditions but I'd like some higher quality images to use, possibly even dynamic, moving images. I've tried searching for some but I'm not really coming up with anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Grabbing images from the internet puts you on shaky legal ground. You're best off either making them yourself or having someone do them for you.

It is quite possible to locate an artist this way and ask permission directly.
There are tons of weather icon vector images out there. I recently used these.
