Face Time issues on Netgear 108mbps Router

Ok setup a netgear router for a friend, but she can not face time me from home on her Comcast isp. Everything works fine except FT, so I am thinking there might be a specific port that needs to be setup on the netgear?

Anyone else have this happen?

I have an Apple Router and it works perfectly all over the place.

Face Time Problem

I am facing the same problem with my TP Link Router.
I used to make Face Time Call through the same set up and through
my iPad Air and iPhone 5. But after installing iOS 8, I cannot make Face Time Call.
I get the ringing tone, but when the call is accepted by other side it continuously shows CONNECTING and never connects.
The receiving end uses iPhone 4S, iOS 7.
