Hello,

Has anyone used a debit card at the Apple Store to pay for something and process your purchase using your PIN? Or, does Apple ring it up as credit even if it's a debit card? If I remember correctly, when I purchased something, Apple didn't allow me to enter my PIN at all.

Are you hoping they use it as a credit card? I don't recall ever using my PIN at an Apple Store. But even if the default is for debit, you can always opt to pay as a credit card.

What are you buying? Have you ever used the Apple Store app to buy goods at the store? It's pretty sweet.

Where you from OP. Because if your in Europe all Apple stores, and all other stores I go to, use chip and pin technology. Where you insert your card into the card reader and enter your pin. This is the same for debit and credit cards.
