This has been happening to me lately and usually a "semi-restore" fixes it but it keeps happening. I'll download an app and go to move it to my main page on the spring board and it'll freeze in wiggle mode like half way off the screen, I'll need to do a hard reset to fix it. Anyone experience this? Please help I've deleted multiple tweaks and nothing helps.
