I'd like to edit the iOS hosts file to block Apple's update servers (mesu.apple.com) so there won't appear update messages or bubbles while still using iOS 6.13/.14. Is this possible without a jailbreak? I know tools like iFunBox can do astonishing things inside sandboxes, but can they do that?
