The att site (for upgrades) was down for a while tonight and now it tells me my lines are not eligible for upgrade. I am not eligible for full upgrade but I am for the partial (I have had the lines for more than 6 mos required). Now its telling me not at all. It wont let me pick the iphone and buy it.
