Apple still sending emails on reducing storage on icloud

I've archived my old mac.com email to my hard drive, and have only a dozen emails left in my inbox. But Apple is still sending me emails that I'm at 10+ gigs and will lose stuff on Sept. 30th. I'm running Snow Leopard so don't even use icloud, and long ago removed any files on idisk.

So wondering WTF
