Best Skype Audio Recorder?

Hi all, I'm looking for an app to record Skype audio calls with. I need it so that I can review and listen to the audio calls later on my iPod Touch. What's the best one out there? I don't mind paying if it works really well. I'd love one that allowed me to insert chapters or something into the .mp3 files so I can remind myself later what was said during the calls especially when they're very long.

I've been using 'CallNote', which is free, but it doesn't record the few minutes of calls for some reason.

Is there anything out there that runs on both OSX and Windows?
