iphone 5s case

I just received the black iphone 5s leather case from Apple for my iphone 5. I really like the case. However, this morning, i discovered one issue. The Apple lightning to 30 pin adapter cord, the lightning end is slightly too thick thru the case. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket 30 pin to lightning adapter that perhaps is a bit narrower on that end?

thanks.. i had one that was filed down from a Grove case i used to have. So i used that one. However, im kinda surprised that it doesnt fit.
