My iPad mini screen is glitching out in a very strange manner and I was wondering if anyone is having the same problem. I was also wondering if someone could tell me if it is software or hardware and how I can fix it. An image of the problem will be included below.

If you are seeing this problem on every screen, I mean every app then it is a hardware problem if you are seeing on some specific game then i think it is a software problem, you should factory reset the device or what ever happens in iPad mini I am not very sure of it.

You are not alone this is a common problem with iPad mini when people get too friendly with the screen it gets damaged.

The problem seems caused by the damaged LCD, hard to confirm the reason just according to the picture.
