No thread love for Hackintoshes so I figured I'd start it. My current one is a HP Compaq nc6000 running 10.4.9. Runs better than XP.
This is for two reasons most likely:
1) There are a ton of websites dedicated to the topic
2) Hackintosh is to hard for many here but they'll couch it under the argurment that it's not "stable". Stable means they don't want to read, experiment, and learn.
Looks like you're good to go if you're not bothered about a lack of WiFi and card reader. If you have a wifi dongle and don't use memory cards you should be fine.
