I am running into a strange issue where my macbook pro freezes and screen flickers. I play music live, so that's pretty unacceptable for me. VIDEO:

First I thought I was feeding too much midi into it, but my DAW's cpu meter is at 1/4... And then I had this happen when watching netflix, so this is not midi related...

I have changed memory to 8GB and I have an SSD running. But this started happening before the ssd upgrade.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Bad memory? Bad graphics card?

This is a 13 inch mid 2012 Macbook Pro, 2.5Ghz Corei5, Vengeance 8gb RAM 1600Mhz ddr3, Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB, OS X 10.8.4 (12E55), 128 GB Samsung SSD

Hey, thanks for the suggestion, there are currently no firmware updates for my model... might have to take it in for diagnostic at the apple store.
