So my 5S just crapped out on me. It crashed and it never turned back on. It just stays on a black screen with a little ball spinning. I tried restarting by holding both home and sleep button and nothing happens. I can't get a genius appointment until tomorrow which is bull. Should i go into apple without an appointment? How do they handle that?

Have you tried plugging it into your mac or PC? If so what happens? Also try plugging the charger in and see if it does anything.
What were you doing when it crashed? Battery level?
