Have they fixed that bug in Siri where it would fail the first attempt?

For some reason a lot of times the first attempt to talk to Siri would fail on my phone, even if I had obviously full reception and connection. Has this happened to anyone?

Any idea if thats fixed now with the new update? It seems to be working better now.
