Thinking of replacing the 1TB in my late 2012 21.5" iMac with either a 840Pro or 840 EVO 500GB SSD.
I am currently having a 200GB Win8 bootcamp partition and the rest is Macintosh HD.
2 questions:
- do i need to get the "laptop upgrade" kit (model LW instead of BW) in order to clone the HDD-> SSD?
- will the bootcamp partition be cloned as well and usable after i replace the drive?
