HELP!

After I've upgraded from iPad 2 to iPad Air, my notifications are not working anymore. I don't get anything, not sound or message, on lock screen when I get a new e-mail or a Facebook notification.

Push, notifications have all been turned on and everything.

Anybody having the same problem? :(

I know it's more of the obvious but for the sake of being thorough, have you tried turning off notifications for Mail, restarting the device, and then turning them back on? In the case of Facebook my suggestion would be to try reinstalling it and it should prompt you again whether you want notifications sent and hopefully it'll fix the issue when you choose "yes".

Best of luck.

Thanks!

Restarted the device. It fixed the mail notification problem! :D

Now I need a facebook notification...

BTW "Saket bash" means "be quiet" in Persian ;)

Glad to hear it - hopefully the FB notifications do the same.

Why yes it does and it was actually my "youthful whit" that inspired me to pick that as a username many years ago. You are actually the first person to point that out since I got the username so kudos to you for that! :)
