Car radio with Lightning docking system

I'm looking for a car radio with a Lightning docking station.
Something like this http://www.philips.co.uk/c/car-entertainment-systems/carstudio-dock-for-ipod-iphone-cmd310_05/prd/
But with a Lightning connector instead of a 30 pin and maybe a better tuner

As I see it the App Radio doesn't support all navigation apps.
And most of all it still needs a lot of cables. Why not use the iPhone display and a dock!? Clean and simple look...
