I'm using Handbrake 0.9.8 to try to hardcode subtitles into movies. I've searched all over the place and no one seems to be having the same issue I am, so trying to see if someone can help me.

All the instructions online on different forums simply say, download Handbrake, open the source video file, click "add external srt" under the subtitles menu, click "Burned In," and hit go.

That's all fine and good, but for some reason my Handbrake won't give me the option of clicking the "Burned In" button. It shows buttons for "Forced Only," "Burned In" and "Default," but I can only click the "Default" button. The other two buttons are greyed out.

The original video file is an mp4, if that makes any difference.

Thanks for any help you all can offer.
