I restored my iPhone 5s but now in the App Store there is no app history and it wants me to buy the apps again! I'm signed in with my Apple ID as I should be.

Thanks, I am doing another restore as there was definitely something wrong with the last one! It did not save any contacts after a reboot, wouldn't let me restore anything either!
Within the app store app it kept prompting for the passcode again and again, even though it was correct.
EDIT - Have restored twice now, last time it appears to be working as it should again.
