iTunes Match tracks missing on iPhone

Signed up for iTunes match the same as most others when it got released in the UK. Works fine on the iPad and my works Windows 7 Laptop with itunes installed all my Albums etc show up, but...

on the iPhone 4, only 8 albums show up with the icloud logo next to them

and in total shows at the bottom 67 Albums when i have over 600

Whats going on?

Yeah sorry tried that.

Also removed the device from iTunes in the cloud under my account with it turned off. Turned it back on etc and still no dice!
