Can somebody please help me I can't seem to find the answer to my question on any forums!
I've made a fairly simple photo slide show (still images, no video) set to music using Final Cut Express and it runs fine in my sequence video. Once I export the piece, however, during some of the transitions between photos the photo that is appearing first appears pixelated before it comes into full resolution. Not every transition goes this way, just some of them. It's a rather annoying result--and certainly appears unprofessional. I can't figure out why this would happen with some images but others appear just fine without pixelating first.
Not that it's necessarily going to be helpful, but I've attached a screenshot of one of these pixelated transitions.
I'm using version FCE 4.0.1
on an imac with snow leopard 10.6.8
