This actually used to happen to me on my iPhone 4 with iOS 7 beta 1, I'm surprised it made it to 7.0.4 on the 5S. It has never happened to me on my 5S.

I have such problems as well. Thought that they were gone with 7.0.4, but they're still existent.

Mostly, those kind of problems appear on my iPad air ( e.g. that the scroll bar of Safari is in the middle of the screen, or something similar like the op has ).

Also, my iPhone crashes at least twice a day ( the funny apple logo Wochenende all know from jailbreaks  ). The same with this damned music app, which tends to crash every hour, that's extremely annoying, in my opinion

Despite this, safari crashes also a lot, but it's bearable, though not nice.

I hope fixes those issues with 7.1.

Regards.

If I didn't know better I'd think someone besides Apple designed the rather goofy, buggy, iOS 7.

Conversely iOS 6 was classic Apple, very well done even if not perfect :)
