Next year for uni I plan on using an iMac/IPad combination for doing work and tasking notes, and having documents on both via iCloud.

I already have an iPad 2 so would it be worth upgrading to an iPad Air if this would be it's main purpose along with web browsing?
Will syncing via iCloud be faster on an iPad Air than an iPad 2?

The speed of syncing most likely would be insignificant. Coming from an ipad 2, an Air would be an incredible upgrade regardless.

Seeing as my main purpose for the iPad is using it at uni for taking notes and web browsing, YouTube and Facebook now and then buy definitely mostly for uni purposes do you think an upgrade will benefit me that much? And in what way?
