A Parent had previously shared their Apple ID with their child to allow the child to purchase iTunes songs to play on the child’s iPod. Since then, the parent has allowed the (now) teenager to create their own Apple ID.

The Parent wants the iTunes songs purchased by the teenager under the Parent’s Apple ID to be moved off of the Parent’s Apple ID. The Parent doesn’t want to keep getting the teenager’s songs showing up on the Parent’s Apple ID whenever the Parent tries listening to iTunes radio or when signing into the iTunes Store, or when using their iCloud.

How do you move the teenager’s iTunes purchases over to the teenager’s Apple ID so that the Parent doesn’t have the teenager’s songs associated with the Parents’ Apple ID in the future?

Short answer is you can't. You can, however, "Hide" them from showing up under the owner Apple ID by going in "Purchases" in the iTunes Store.
