Nope. Even with a JB it's not as useful as my Note 3.

Well, the JB made me NOT purchase the Note 3 but wait for the GS5 to see whether it has 4K video with optical image stabilization. If it does, I'll purchase it instantly.
In the meantime, I can use my muted call recording and my video wideangle apps (both my apps - see https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1566350/ and https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1538193/ ; I've updated them for iOS7), which makes my iPhone 5 far more flexible as a generic phone too than stock iOS.
Not sure what that is all about. Gives you the ability to record a call? You can get apps for that in the Playstore without rooting.
Yup. This was one of the reasons I wanted to switch to Android from my current iOS (iPhone 5) + Symbian (Nokia 808) combo. Symbian is getting older (but supports call recording), while iOS, on non-JB'n devices, has not supported call recording.
Now that my iPhone 5 also supports call recording (thanks to me ), I can stay with it, after retiring my 808, at least until the GS5 announcement.
